Sandy beaches are five minutes away to the west as is Askernish Golf Course, a recently rediscovered and regenerated Tom Morris course.
Loch Druidibeg is a local nature reserve famed for its varied and abundant wildlife, for walkers why not attempt the challenge of Ben Mhore and Hecla.
